Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping methods

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority and UPS Worldwide Saver. Sea freight (LCL/FCL) is available for orders above 100 kg gross weight. Default Incoterms are DDP for the US, EU, UK, AU and most of APAC; FOB Shenzhen and EXW Bao'an are also available on request.

Lead times

• Quick-turn 2-layer PCB prototypes: 24–48 hours fab + 2–4 days transit
• Standard multilayer PCB (4–8 layers): 5–7 working days fab + transit
• PCBA prototype: 5 working days assembly after components arrive
• Production PCBA (1k–10k boards): 12–18 working days after PI confirmation

Customs & duties

DDP shipments include all import duties, taxes and broker fees pre-paid by Senmax. For FOB / EXW shipments these are payable by the consignee on delivery.

Quality guarantee

Every shipment is inspected to IPC-A-610 (Class 2 default; Class 3 on request) before packing. If you receive any board that fails the contracted IPC class, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and AOI/X-ray evidence.

Rework & replacement

Conforming defects are reworked or replaced at no charge, with return freight pre-paid by Senmax. Customer-induced damage (ESD, contamination, mechanical, incorrect handling) is quoted separately as a rework job.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before tooling release. After tooling release, cancellation fees apply based on actual material and labour incurred. PCBA cancellations after component procurement are billed at full BOM cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
