We collect information you provide directly — name, company, work email, phone, project details, design files (Gerbers, BOM, schematics) — solely to prepare quotations and fulfil orders. We collect minimal technical data (IP, browser, referrer) for analytics and abuse prevention.
To provide quotations, manufacture and ship your orders, send shipping updates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.
All Gerbers, BOMs, schematics and IP submitted to Senmax are treated as confidential and are accessible only to engineering staff working on your order. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before quoting — request one at office@senmaxtech.com.
We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to deliver our service: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), and authorised component distributors for sourcing. All sub-processors are contractually bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data at any time by emailing office@senmaxtech.com. We respond within 30 days.
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your selected language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Quotation and order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy export, accounting and warranty obligations. Production design files are retained for 5 years to support reorders.
