What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for PCB and PCBA?

Accepted Answer

There is no MOQ for PCB fabrication or PCBA assembly. We routinely build single prototypes and scale the same design into volumes of 100,000+ units on the same lines.

How fast can you deliver prototype boards?

Accepted Answer

Quick-turn 2-layer prototypes can ship in 24 hours. Multilayer boards (4–8 layers) typically ship in 48–72 hours. Turnkey assembled prototypes are standard 5 working days.

Question 3

What PCB materials and finishes do you support?

Accepted Answer

FR-4, high-Tg FR-4, Rogers RO4350B/RO4003C, polyimide, aluminum and copper-core. Surface finishes include HASL, Lead-free HASL, ENIG, immersion silver, immersion tin, OSP and hard gold.

Do you offer Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every order receives a free engineering DFM review before tooling release. We flag acid traps, slivers, impedance mismatches and BGA breakout issues, and provide a written report.

Question 5

Are your boards IPC Class 3 compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our default workmanship standard is IPC-A-610 Class 2. We routinely build to IPC-A-610 Class 3 (high-reliability) for medical, aerospace and automotive customers.

What certifications does Senmax hold?

Accepted Answer

ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 13485 (medical devices), IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 14001 (environmental), UL listing for type 94V-0 substrates, and RoHS / REACH compliance.

Question 7

How is component sourcing handled for turnkey orders?

We source exclusively from authorized distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, Future Electronics) with full lot/date code traceability. We will never ship boards built with grey-market components.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal and credit card via Stripe. For first orders we typically request 50% deposit and 50% before shipment; established customers can request NET-30 terms.

Can you ship DDP (delivered duty paid)?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we ship DDP to the United States, Canada, EU, UK, Australia and most of APAC. We handle customs clearance, duties and taxes so your boards arrive ready to use.
