About Senmax
An engineering-led manufacturer, not a broker.
We started in a single SMT line in 2007. Today we run two facilities across San Jose and Shenzhen, but the principle hasn't changed: engineers talking to engineers, building boards we'd be proud to put our own name on.
Senmax Technology was founded by a team of process engineers from the semiconductor capital equipment industry. We saw too many promising products held back by manufacturing partners who treated PCBs as a commodity rather than the heart of the product.
Today we operate vertically-integrated fabrication and assembly facilities serving over 600 active customers — from venture-backed hardware startups through Fortune 500 OEMs. We're large enough to meet demanding production volumes and small enough that the engineer reviewing your design today will still be answering your call next year.
Most of all, we're builders. We measure success in DPMO, not invoices.

Every order — whether five prototypes or 50,000 production units — flows through the same documented quality system. AOI on every assembled board. X-ray on every BGA. Lot traceability from copper foil to packed carton.
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications. More importantly, we hold ourselves to them.
